Services
We provide scoped project work and ongoing technical advisory as described in a statement of work or order form you accept. Deliverables are digital (code, documentation, sessions) unless on-site work is explicitly listed.
Fees and tax
Fees are quoted in Malaysian Ringgit unless otherwise stated. Applicable service tax (SST) will be shown on invoices when we are registered and required to charge it. Starting prices on the website, if shown, are indicative only until confirmed in writing.
Payment
Unless the statement of work says otherwise, invoices are due within fourteen days. We may pause work on overdue accounts after notice.
Your responsibilities
You provide timely access to repositories, cloud accounts (read-only where possible), and decision makers. Delays on your side may shift timelines without reducing fees for work already performed.
Intellectual property
Unless agreed otherwise, upon full payment you receive a licence to use deliverables created specifically for you. We retain rights to general know-how, templates, and pre-existing materials.
Confidentiality
Each party will protect the other’s confidential information and use it only to perform the engagement.
Liability
To the extent permitted by Malaysian law, our aggregate liability arising from an engagement is limited to the fees paid for that engagement in the three months preceding the claim. We are not liable for indirect or consequential loss, or for issues caused by third-party platforms outside our control.
Consumer rights
Nothing here limits non-waivable rights under the Consumer Protection Act 1999. Disputes may be referred to the Tribunal for Consumer Claims where applicable.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of Malaysia. Courts in Penang have non-exclusive jurisdiction.
