Infrastructure as code project work

We deliver written scopes before writing modules. Typical packages include:

• Landing zone slice — networking, guardrails, and bootstrap roles for one environment tier.
• Service module library — composable building blocks (compute, data stores, queues) with documented inputs and test harnesses.
• Pipeline retrofit — plan/apply gates, OIDC federation for CI, and artifact promotion between accounts.

Each package ends with merged changes in your repositories, not slide decks alone.

Technical advisory

Advisory hours suit principal engineers who need a second pair of eyes on state moves, provider upgrades, or policy-as-code rollouts. Hours are prepaid in blocks; unused time within the agreed period can roll per your statement of work.

What we do not provide

We are not a managed service provider, reseller, or 24/7 operations desk. On-call coverage stays with your team unless you contract separate support elsewhere.
